We use it only to contact you when we need to confirm a deposit or explain a refund.

Receipt

After we confirm your deposit, the operator issues the receipt by hand.

What we collect: your depositor name, your email, and receipt details if you ask for a receipt.

How we use it: only to confirm your deposit, issue your receipt, and explain a refund.

How long we keep it: 5 years as a payment record, then we delete it.

Declining: you can decline, but then you cannot apply.

We refund only to the account the money came from.

If we refund you, you are also removed from the supporter list.
