1. Operator and scope
ClassicMate (Representative: Inho Choi) operates Everlink Give. These terms cover viewing stories, cheers, founding membership, opening notifications, tips, and the public ledger.
Everlink is currently a service brand, not a separate legal entity or nonprofit.
2. Phase 1 services
- Cheering costs you nothing. If a story has a partner-fund allocation, each cheer sets aside a fixed amount from that month's allocation for the story.
- Founding membership expresses interest in helping establish and operate a future nonprofit association. It currently grants no voting or bank authority, and no fee or donation is collected.
- An opening notification is a free registration-news alert and creates no duty to give.
- Submitting a story does not guarantee selection or a future fundraising launch.
3. Accounts and nicknames
- Use your own account and do not impersonate others or interfere with access.
- The public list shows only nicknames and join numbers. We may restrict nicknames that impersonate others or infringe rights.
- Request account withdrawal or exercise privacy rights through the contact below.
4. Stories and tips
- Do not send photos, diagnoses, addresses, or other sensitive material without the person’s consent. Phase 1 accepts text only.
- A person reviews each tip. A story may be published only after verification and consent. Unverified material is not published, and its story text, contact, and relationship are cleared 30 days after receipt.
- Illegal, false, defamatory, impersonating, or privacy-infringing content may be rejected or removed.
- For immediate danger involving abuse or crime, contact police or a child protection agency first.
5. Public material and changes
- Stories are published only within the person’s approved scope. When we receive a withdrawal request, we will stop new publication and reuse on channels we control.
- Ledger fingerprints help reveal later changes; they do not by themselves prevent errors or unlawful conduct.
- We may change or pause the service for safety, law, or operations and will announce material changes in the service.
