Help after an impersonation scam

If you sent money, contact the bank you used right away and ask whether the transfer can be stopped. The bank will tell you what is possible for that transfer.

  1. Call 112 if there is immediate danger or an urgent crime.
  2. Report cybercrime through the Korean National Police ECRM. The police may ask you to visit a station.
  3. Call KISA at 118 for phishing and digital safety guidance. See KISA 118 guidance.

What Everlink Give can do

We can confirm whether an account or address is on our official channel list. We can also confirm whether the transfer appears in our ledger and cooperate with an investigation using records we hold.

We cannot stop a bank transfer, recover money, remove another platform’s account, or promise an investigation result.
