- Automatic allocation rule v1 — 1. Split 10% of the pool equally among categories with public stories. 2. Split the rest in proportion to each story's unmet need, with 2× weight if its deadline is within 7 days or its completion rate is below 30%. 3. Do not exceed a story's unmet need. 4. Distribute one-won remainders in story-number order.
